Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?

Most items ship within 5-10 business days. We're honest about lead times—some pieces are made to order, and we'll let you know upfront if there's a longer timeline. Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. If a piece isn't right for your space, we'll arrange a return. Items must be in original condition. We cover return shipping on defective items—if there's a quality issue, we'll make it right. No hassle, no questions asked.

How do I care for my furniture?

Care depends on the material. For wood: dust regularly and use a soft cloth; avoid direct sunlight and extreme humidity. For upholstered pieces: vacuum weekly and spot-clean spills immediately with a damp cloth. For metal: wipe with a dry cloth to prevent water spots. Each product page includes specific care instructions for that item. When in doubt, reach out—we're happy to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment is secure and encrypted. If you're ordering multiple pieces or have a custom request, contact us directly—we can discuss options including payment plans for larger orders.

How can I contact customer support?

Email us at support@davidandrewfurniture.com or use the contact form on our site. We typically respond within 24 hours on business days. Have a question about a specific product? Include the item name or link, and we'll get you an answer fast. We're here to help make your experience smooth.
